LYST is the title of a lustful exhibition at Overgaden – Institute of Contemporary Art. On the first floor, to be exact. There, in one large room, around 30 artists show works that all touch upon and tangle notions of desire, lust and the sexy. LYST is put together idiosyncratically and by way of desire and contains local artists as well as international superstars. LYST also collaborates with the ever growing sphere of magazines and fanzines like GLU, BUTT, DIK and KINK. The exhibition is curated by Tomas Lagermand Lundme and Mathias Kryger, who promise performances, special tea drinking and conceptual DJing among other nice stuff in the week of the exhibition (July 24th - August 2nd 2009).
